You may ask to return an order if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item is not as described

Time limit

Send your return request within 7 to 14 days after delivery. Late requests may be refused.

How to request a return

  2. Include your order number
  3. Explain the problem
  4. Add photos if the item is damaged, wrong, or not as described

What happens next

We review every request. Approval depends on the product and the supplier. Some products cannot be returned (for example sealed hygiene items or final-sale goods).

If approved

  • Refund goes to your original payment method
  • Shipping cost is refunded only if we made a mistake (wrong or defective item)

If not approved

We will explain why by email.
